As I work with both buyers and sellers I know what I look for as a buyer agent when I present a listing to my clients. Beautiful pictures and tours and drone videos are essential to make a first good impression with other agents as well as potential buyers. As they say first impressions are lasting.

Due to this market of it being a Seller’s market (at the moment) with potentially multiple offers on a listing I think a pre-home inspection will help the Seller identify any areas which may be an issue in the sale. If the Seller’s desire they could address the issue before going to market or know of the problem and price accordingly with that in mind.

Once the market settles down there is usually a condition of Home Inspection that a Buyer will want to undertake in order to learn about the house from the Inspector.
